About me
I am a researcher, educator, and advocate for communities to learn more about their air quality. As an employee of the Air Pollution Control Division of the Colorado Department of Public Health & Environment, I support the development and deployment of air quality networks and the creation of air quality and public health-focused curricular materials, aligned to the Next Generation Science Standards. As a former teacher and coach with Denver Public Schools, I am focused on an equitable experience for all students, and will work with teachers across the state to develop high-quality materials that will meet the needs of all students. My previous experience as a researcher focused on low-temperature geochemistry and weathering processes in tropical ocean island systems.
